At least I was not heckled by gangs of men in kilts this time around. I got a new blousey thing to go under the bodice, and it isn't so nearly as revealing as the last one I had, cos the collar area is cut differently. Ah well!
Yes, ma'am! So far, it looks a lot worse than it actually feels. I've been slathering on the fake aloe stuff, and that seems to be helping, and then later on I will break off a couple real aloe stems from my plants and use those.
While I haven't sunburned my bosoms (I don't have enough to even qualify as the singular) I HAVE been running into problems with other sunburns. As in Hot Dog Head, the elsewhere-mentioned tendency to get stripes sunburnt/tanned into my head because I've got thin blond hair and spend four hours a day wearing a bike helmet out under the blazing sun. I'm thinking about adding an attachment to my showerhead like those old paint sprayer setups. Dump a bunch of sunblock in it, take a shower, and be nicely coated.
when i worked at the faire a couple years back, i got sunburned on my cleavage, both days. and the bodice and stuff was down farther the second day, so it went down farther, but weirdly, there was this stripe of white between the two spots. and that was my tan line, for forever. over a year, my cleavage was dark and then a white stripe and then dark again... and then it faded, but no matter how white it was around the stripe, that was still lighter.
