I am feeling small and sad and tired and lost right now. I am sure it will pass, but right now it feels like so many things are ending, and I am not quite able to look past the turmoil of this moment to the beginnings that will surely come after.

Endings are losses sometimes, and as such should be grieved for. Allow yourself your feelings without worrying about what comes next. This is a period of reflection and contemplation, a time to say good bye.
