Netflix: The L Word, Season 1 (6 discs)

Annoyingly full of Pretty People, but does surprisingly drop into subject matter that is fairly nuanced and soap-y enough to keep one kicking and screaming through an entire season. All the on-screen nookie probably hasn't hurt the success of the show, either.
We'll see. I really like Shane and her storyline(s), and she's easily the coolest cat on the show. Not sure I will keep the future seasons near the top of the queue, or let them float down for a rainy day, yet. They really, really, really need to cut Jenny's hair.
