Step 1: Offer to help out the Alias: Omnifam ARG by becoming an operative for a Chicago-area mission.

Step 2: Probably piss off the puppetmasters by not getting a datacard in the mail from another player in time to do the mission on the day they had scheduled.

Step 3: Manage to get a second chance for the following weekend, and agree to meet some dude named H. Meier at some park in Villa Park, IL.

Step 4: Get to the park just a few minutes before go time, and receive a call from Mr. Meier, who, surprise surprise, thinks he's being followed, and so cannot meet me personally. He asks me if I see a clown making balloon animals, and I confirm, and I am now instructed to be in character with a clown for the next little while.

"She's totally not psycho. No, really. I swear. She's a total dork, but you know, I'm the guy in the hot clown suit standing in a big old suburban park on a Saturday. Yes, she's got the newspaper. Mmm hmm. Yes, I'll pick up your dry cleaning on the way home, don't nag me."

Step 5: Transfer the datacard (cleverly hidden inside a newspaper) to the clown, and go to Gina's Italian Ice for a medium red raspberry ice for two dollars and fifty cents.

Mission accomplished.
