enteleinI just pulled enough fur off of my largest cat to make a warm coat for another smaller cat.
I feel as though I've just had a workout, pulling the black hard plastic comb through the dense fur, moving constantly to keep Harriet in my sights and to keep my comb from getting anywhere near her belly, which would earn me a few very irritating claw marks for my trouble.
She looks a little better already -- most of the fur I pulled was that wintery fluff fur that's right underneath her silky sable topcoat, and so now she's a bit dandery and has little trails of fluffy bits clinging to her that the comb wasn't fine enough to grab.
She is lying in my office doorway now, sated and happy.
