A Warm Welcome.
Apr. 1st, 2005 06:38 amIt's been good to be back home. I am not sure I travel enough for me to be able to handle a full week away, living in someone else's home, essentially traveling on my own. I had a great deal of fun, but I was more than ready to have my own bed, my own space, my cats bugging me for scritchies, etc.
I'm tired. There's a bit of lag. It's already past noon in my head, even though Chicago is just now waking up and morning rush hour has begun in earnest.
I just now realized that while Tim was here, he left a message for me on the fridge door from the plastic letter magnets I have there:
Mmmboobies
Bless Tim and his mammarian obsession. Bwahahahahaha. I can't believe it took me a whole day and a half to notice.

Since you're already back:
Drink caffeine in the morning, only.
Eat protein in the morning, carbohydrates in the evening.
Stay up until your normal bedtime, keeping yourself awake and busy.
Get up at your normal wake up time, turn the lights on, and get ready as usual.
