Foil pouchy thing, laid into a small circular baking tin.
A bed of portabella slices
The last few leaves of spinach that have not gone to the dark and slimy side
A chicken breast, sliced into small chunks
Whole garlic cloves, probably half a bulb's worth
Italian style tomato paste, one small can
oregano, salt, freshly-cracked black pepper, bay leaves, garlic powder, onion powder
Foil crimped together, sealed completely
30 minutes on 425°F in the oven.
In the meantime, a few baby carrots dipped in 40-spice hummus.
ETA: This is really, really good.
