entelein- I answered a payphone for the ilovebees game yesterday, and got a live call.
- I was not expecting that, even though I was somewhat prepared for it.
- Today, while driving through the long, narrow, windy parking lot we call the Eisenhower Expressway, my car's odometer flipped 100,000 miles
- When I bought the car in 1996, it had ~63,000 on it
- It's a 1993 car
- I was driving to somewhere in the suburbs, to be with my family
- I wasn't sure where I was driving, at all, so I was sporadically trying to call my mother and my brother, hoping I'd get directions before exiting at Biesterfield Road
- They were at a hospital, and so the calls kept getting fucked up
- They were there to console my uncle, and my cousins, and each other
- My aunt died today
