It's not something I've made a big deal of over the years, and it's only very recently (within the last year) that I've come out to both parents, so now I just don't give a fuck if it's typed out or discussed. I honestly wasn't hoping for a big reaction, I was just amused at the day, and how anticlimactic it seems to me now as some sort of Official Day. I've now gotten over the big personal hurdles.

I hope it wasn't a bad surprise, or something you feel like I've kept from you. It's honestly not something I hinge my life on. It just is.
