My psycho landlady has ensured that this started out to be a horriffically shitty day. My friends, and yea, verily, even my boss have ensured that the day, while not altogether salvaged, will pass as a day that is survivable.

Karen, upon hearing of my psycho landlady woes: "Me and Marjorie, we love moving people! Get the U-Haul!" I laughed so much I almost started tearing up from gratitude.

I know some really damn cool people. I am very lucky.
