Still sick.

Woke up early this morning to try and actually make it into work, but the cough is still so bad that even after shaking off sleep and getting up and walking around a bit, I simply can't imagine having to deal with the public today. I'd be putting people on hold every two seconds so I could hack up a lung.

I am still tired, and my head has that weird ache to it that comes with colds. I am hoping if I sleep enough today, I can start to break the stranglehold this thing has on me.

Drink lots of Fluids!

This sounds a lot like what I had back in February. Sleep works wonders. Even if it does have to be intermittent, crappy sleep. I attempted to go back to work once I felt a little better, and it was a big mistake. Once I was totally better though, it seemed to work out.

Aw jeez, sorry to hear it, Wellsie. I hope you manage to crack the cold today; make sure you rest up.

I concur

Yes, sleep & fluids. But, not simultaneously. I hope you feel better soon - the world is clearly experiencing a shortage of awesome due to your absence.

At least you'll have Veronica Mars to watch today.

Screw sleep and fluids! Zicam! I'm feeling better already! Make sure you get the nasal gel; I'm no convinced the spray and other stuff works as well.
