Keep those fingers typing! Also, if you don't have an IRC client with higlighting, I recommend it: ask people (once you're on the phone with the graveyard peeps) to begind their question to you with your name, so that it's easily picked up in the spam. :)
Also, other people can *totally* be on the phone with their contacts if they want to, but the primary contact thing is so that IRC is more streamlined, and so that there's not like, 10 people yammering and repeating stuff on cellphones at the cemetery.
