Andy Aiken's just released the newest version of Labyrinth today (just now, actually - a few minutes ago as of this writing!).

Included with this update are the following items:

Added the ability to merge elements together.
Added clipboard functionality on annotations & notes, which can now be exported in RTF and text formats.
Added Window menu.
Redesigned the add-in manager.

The application is small, tidy, and extremely useful. Give it a spin! It's a really lovely application.

It feels quite good to be home again.

There is the routine of the morning - I made some of the Indian Spiced Chai tea I bought in Scotland, and at the last two pieces of oatcake I had picked up at the airport. I think Andy and I have a tentative agreement that oatcakes = Raspberry Ladybug cookies, in terms of a trade-off through the post. I've been sending these amazing cookies to him for a few years now, and now he and his flatmate and some of his colleagues at the university ask after them at intervals.

I scrubbed down the sink, and took all the black tights I wore on vacation and set them to soak. Coffee has brewed, and I spent a very satisfying few minutes emptying out my bag of Lush goodies into appropriate storage spots in the bathroom.

It's sunny out today. The kitchen is bright, the plants are watered, and all my dirty clothes are lying in a heap next to my suitcase.

I got to play some Halo on XBL last night with beekeepers, which felt really good to get back into the swing of, even though it got really frustrating towards the end. People are still really too talkative for me to feel like I can concentrate at all, and I really hate having to shout over people just babbling about nothing. I got very, very tired, and ultimately just had to leave, even though I would've played more. Frustrating.

Today I'm gonna try and call my brother back - he called last night, and I missed it. Sigh. I really want to go to the movies today, and it was always just a matter of picking up the phone, calling him, and arranging to meet him at a huge multiplex out in the 'burbs.

Can't now. Which sucks.
