Andy Aiken's just released the newest version of Labyrinth today (just now, actually - a few minutes ago as of this writing!).
Included with this update are the following items:

Added the ability to merge elements together.
Added clipboard functionality on annotations & notes, which can now be exported in RTF and text formats.
Added Window menu.
Redesigned the add-in manager.
