Myabe it's because I was hoping the dentist would finish off the root canal today (which he did not, I have yet another appointment a couple weeks from now), maybe it's because I paid a lot of bills today, maybe it's because I didn't get to do laundry today, maybe it's the groceries that were so expensive but dammit, I want healthy food, but I feel really, really down right now.

I am working so hard, and I feel this thing like a hard lump in my chest that is so similar to grief. I am sure it will pass soon, but right now I just feel sad and frustrated. I want forward motion.
